About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and detail-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financial operations, strategy, and planning in a high-growth, multi-national remote-first organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting

Manage global compliance, tax, and regulatory reporting

Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership and the board

Drive fundraising, M&A, and capital allocation initiatives

Oversee accounting, procurement, treasury, and audit functions

Requirements:

CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification

10+ years in finance leadership, preferably in a tech or multi-national environment

Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and Caribbean financial regulations

Proven experience leading remote or regional teams

Exceptional analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills
