Purpose of the role
- BSIジャパンが提供する研修コースを顧客に提案、受注し、個人の受注予算及び教育事業部の年度の受注及び売上予算の達成を目指す
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- 個人の毎月の受注予算を常に意識し、それを達成するための営業活動を計画し、実施する。
- 教育事業部の受注及び売上予算を常に意識し、それらを達成するための営業活動を計画し、実施する。
- 予定された集合研修が、予定通り実施することができるように集客活動を行う。
- お客様の組織の課題を解決するための研修ソリューションを提案し、受注をする。
- 上記の研修ソリューションを提案するために、教育事業部メンバー、講師、BSIグループの各国の担当者とコミュニケーションを取る。
- 受講者・お客様の意見や要望を常に意識し、分析することで、自らの営業活動の改善に努める。

- 個人の受注予算の達成
- 教育事業部の年間受注及び売上予算の達成
- 受講者の研修サービスに対しての満足度
Knowledge and Experience
- 大学卒業又は同等の学歴
- 社会人経験3年以上

- ISO審査会社での経験
Skills and Abilities
- 業務システム等の十分なITスキル
- 顧客対応経験及び価値ある提案の提供に関して理解・集中する能力

- テレセールスの経験
- 英語

- 熱心で献身的なチームプレイヤ
- コミュニケーション及び関与といった手段を活用し、組織に亘って効果的な関係を構築・維持する能力
