Dutch Customer Success Advisor - Lisbon

Work on-site at our Lisbon office supporting clients directly. This role focuses on improving client satisfaction, managing complex requests, and being the first point of contact for businesses across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide live support to clients via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Help clients optimize their use of self-service products and advertising solutions.
- Analyze customer requests and offer practical solutions.
Contribute to team initiatives to improve overall client satisfaction and service quality.
Native-level Dutch and fluent English (B2)
Previous experience in customer support or client service preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, diplomatic, and solution-focused
EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal
