The Opportunity
Note – this role is a 12-month FTC.
Champion the strategic direction for the biscuits category in New Zealand, supporting high growth ambitions
Lead the development and delivery of annual commercial and revenue growth plans aligned to category and customer strategy.
Own and manage key financial metrics including volume, net revenue, RSV, and market share targets.
Develop pricing, promotional, and trade investment strategies to maximise profitable growth
Analyse market dynamics, shopper behaviour, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
The ingredients you’ll bring
Prior experience in FMCG (Account Sales, Category or Finance)
Experience using Nielsen, Quantium and/or Dunnhumpy.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Great communication and relationship building skills, with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work cross functionally.
