GTM Finance & Strategy Senior Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven GTM Finance & Strategy Senior Manager (individual contributor) to help drive Fivetran’s growth within our Enterprise segment.
This dynamic role will report to the Senior Director, GTM Finance & Strategy and partner closely with Finance and Sales leadership to influence executive management decisions, challenge the status quo, and drive growth.
You’ll be responsible for driving sales planning, generating strategic insights, and fostering data-backed decisions across the sales-led go-to-market (GTM) motion.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging data and financial insight to guide strategy and operational execution in a high-growth, cross-functional environment.
This full-time, hybrid position is based in our Oakland, CA or Denver, CO offices.
Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
- Support Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Lead enterprise revenue planning, including pipeline analytics, sales capacity planning, and target setting in collaboration with Revenue Operations and Sales.
- Business Partnering: Serve as a key advisor to Enterprise Sales and Marketing leadership, delivering actionable insights to improve efficiency, optimize investments, and accelerate growth.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze sales productivity, funnel conversion, marketing ROI, and enterprise customer cohorts to surface growth opportunities and risks.
- Deal Strategy & Support: Collaborate with the Deal Desk and Sales teams to support high-impact deals, providing financial analysis on pricing, margins, and commercial structure.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare financial models and presentations to communicate trends, forecasts, and strategic implications to Finance leadership and GTM stakeholders.
- Process & Tools Optimization: Partner with RevOps, Data, and Business Systems teams to improve data integrity, forecasting accuracy, and self-serve reporting capabilities.
- Initiative Support: Contribute to GTM transformation projects and strategic initiatives such as territory realignment, incentive design, and strategic segmentation.
Skills We’re Looking For
- 6–8 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or similar strategic roles
- 2+ years of direct experience supporting GTM/Sales organizations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong financial modeling skills and experience with sales performance metrics, forecasting, and capacity planning
- Proficiency in data storytelling—comfortable translating complex data into insights for senior audiences
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS revenue models (subscription, usage-based); experience with enterprise customer segments a plus
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail and executive presence
- Adaptable, resourceful, and excited by the challenge of working in a fast-moving, growth-stage company
