JOB DESCRIPTION
About the job Systems Administrator Kingston Jamaica (in office) -
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, passionate system Administrator.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support to users
- Setting up accounts for new users - emails, addition to intranet systems, PBX
- Liaising with Group IT team to resolve issues
- Liaising with the vendors to resolve issues
- Supporting IT Admin related tasks in other branches
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Computer Science/Information Technology / Computer or Electronic Engineering or CRISCO A+
5 CSEC O'Levels passes inclusive of computer technology, Mathematics and Information Technology
1 year working experience in a similar role
