We are seeking a seasoned SAP Project Manager to oversee large-scale SAP programs and multiple project workstreams. This position requires comprehensive responsibility for SAP delivery, effective stakeholder management, and ensuring the successful implementation of transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess robust program management skills, extensive SAP functional knowledge, and experience managing complex, multi-project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the complete delivery and engagement management of SAP programs.
Oversee multiple SAP projects and workstreams within a program.
Manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk effectively.
Drive SAP implementations, rollouts, and transformation initiatives.
Collaborate closely with client leadership, business stakeholders, and internal teams.
Provide strategic guidance on SAP solutions and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and delivery commitments.
Promote continuous improvement, process optimization, and innovation.
Manage large, distributed teams across both offshore and onsite locations.
Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.

Required Skills:

Extensive experience in SAP project and program management.
Proven success in SAP implementations and delivery.
Functional expertise in at least one SAP module (MM, FI, or HR).
Mandatory certification in SAP Activate Methodology.
Strong background in project governance and delivery frameworks.
Capability to manage multiple stakeholders and large teams effectively.

Preferred Skills:

PMP certification.
Experience working with public sector clients.
Familiarity with Middle East (KSA) clients and projects.
Experience with onsite-offshore delivery models.
