Job Title: Therapist Training Specialist (ABA)

Location: Remote (South Africa - US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Design, coordinate, and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing therapists
Conduct training sessions on ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and company protocols
Support therapists in developing clinical skills, data collection accuracy, and session management
Monitor training progress and provide feedback, coaching, and performance support
Ensure therapists meet competency standards and certification requirements (e.g., RBT readiness)
Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical leadership to align training with treatment goals
Develop and update training materials, manuals, and SOPs
Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training initiatives
Assist with quality assurance by reviewing session implementation and documentation
Maintain accurate records of training completion and performance outcomes
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
RBT certification required; BCaBA or BCBA preferred
Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring staff
Strong understanding of ABA principles, data collection, and behavior intervention plans
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple trainees simultaneously
Experience working in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment preferred

Comfortable working U.S. hours
Remote work from home
