Position: Case Coordinator / HR / Admin
Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Location: South Africa
Full-Time, Remote Work.
Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the placement and ongoing support for clients by serving as a liaison between clients, families, and service providers.
Manage client cases, ensuring timely communication and effective collaboration among all stakeholders.
Assist with human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee and client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documentation.
Track and report progress on client cases, providing regular updates to management.
Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure service delivery meets organizational standards.
Assist with HR functions
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in case management, HR, or administrative roles.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain confidentiality.
Empathetic approach and strong interpersonal skills in client interaction.
