Case Coordinator / HR / Admin

Position: Case Coordinator / HR / Admin

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Location: South Africa

Full-Time, Remote Work.

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the placement and ongoing support for clients by serving as a liaison between clients, families, and service providers.

  • Manage client cases, ensuring timely communication and effective collaboration among all stakeholders.

  • Assist with human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee and client records in compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documentation.

  • Track and report progress on client cases, providing regular updates to management.

  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure service delivery meets organizational standards.

  • Assist with HR functions

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • 2-3 years of experience in case management, HR, or administrative roles.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain confidentiality.

  • Empathetic approach and strong interpersonal skills in client interaction.
