Job Title: Intake Coordinator / Case Management

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the new client intake process, ensuring all required information and documentation is collected and entered accurately.
Provide case management support for existing clients, maintaining communication and ensuring cases progress smoothly.
Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and answer questions.
Handle conflict resolution and address client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
Coordinate with internal staff to ensure cases are assigned, scheduled, and managed efficiently.
Ensure all case details and scheduling information are entered correctly to avoid operational disruptions.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
Respond promptly to messages, requests, and updates from clients and team members.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Strong people skills, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with a wide range of individuals.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Highly responsive and dependable with strong time management skills.
Strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and work ethic.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
Software experience required: Rethink, Bolt, Slack, Google Workspace
