Join Centific's AI Recruitment team and play a key role in sourcing top-tier talent for our cutting-edge AI projects gloablly! As an AI Recruiter, you will build sourcing channels to attract skilled contingent workers. Reporting to the Sourcing Regional Lead, you will be instrumental in building the diverse and skilled workforce needed to support our growing AI initiatives.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Community Outreach
- Actively engage with different sourcing channels to attract qualified contingent workers for AI projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with organizations, job centers, events, and associations to boost candidate pipelines.
Candidate Screening & Onboarding
- Build a pipeline of candidates for screening for various AI projects.
- Guide candidates through the application process to ensure a seamless experience.
Project Support & Coordination
- Collaborate with the Sourcing Regional Lead to understand project-specific hiring needs.
- Propose suggestions to improve recruitment processes and workflows.
Local Market Research
- Stay informed about regional employment trends, competitor recruitment activity, and talent availability in the assigned region.
- Recommend recruitment strategies tailored to country/locale demographics and project requirements.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of candidate outreach, recruitment funnel metrics, and hiring performance.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through engagement in projects
- Partnership with the marketing team to create new specific local contents to attract the best candidates and work with already available content for campaigns.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure adherence to all local labor laws and Centific recruitment policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security during the recruitment and onboarding process.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3+ years of experience recruiting.
- Great sourcing channels knowledge and outreach experience.
- Previous experience in the recruitment for AI data OR experience in volume hiring in other industries preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English, other foreign languages are a plus.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel.
