We're seeking organized and dedicated Sales Callers to join our team, to service our network of businesses worldwide.

Completion of high school or equivalent certification program
Demonstrated sales experience of at least 1 year, showcasing the ability to surpass sales targets and effectively cultivate customer relationships
Exceptional proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, achieving at least C1 level competency
Outstanding communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging platforms
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in utilizing contemporary technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
Familiarity with word-processing software and spreadsheet applications, including MS Office
Understanding of online calendars and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar
Proactive and confident approach, coupled with meticulous attention to detail
Able to work the night-shift

Duties and Responsibilities

Initiate contact with customers to disseminate information regarding products or services, facilitate sales transactions, or seek donations.
Assess leads via phone interactions and input relevant details into a CRM system.
Arrange and track customer appointments, including managing rescheduling requests.
Conduct collection calls, rectify outstanding debts, and update customer payment particulars based on scripted telephone protocols.
Administer and oversee customer surveys, consolidating findings into a comprehensive datasheet.
Handle support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and address customer inquiries to ensure prompt resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize lead generation endeavors with overarching sales strategies.
Undertake miscellaneous tasks as required.
