Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term engagement and repeat business
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by effectively promoting products/services and closing deals
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase value propositions
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to refine sales approaches and improve offerings
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience across B2B and/or B2C sales environments is an advantage
- Exposure to field sales, inside sales, or channel sales models
