What you’ll be working on:
- Proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Providing timely and accurate information about our platform, services, and market trends.
- Troubleshooting and resolving clients' problems, ensuring a positive resolution and a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
- Developing and delivering educational materials to help clients understand our platform features and best practices.
- Gathering and analysing client feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.

About you:
- Proven experience in a client success or customer support role in the crypto industry for at least 2 years.
- Experience with handling tech-related requests (for example, previous experience with API trading, checking backlogs, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge about trading and familiarity with using the most popular crypto exchanges.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the cryptocurrency industry will be a plus.
- Ability or willingness to work within the LATAM business hours.
