Come help us redefine last-mile logistics through robotics, automation, and other advanced technologies! DoorDash Labs is an independent team inside of DoorDash incubating long-term bets and exploring new technologies that can be applied to transform last-mile logistics. We believe in the value of advanced technologies and strive to build meaningful applications of next-generation hardware and software to impact real-world needs.
We’re looking for a product manager to help bring autonomous robots and other high-tech automation products to market, at scale.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Drive the product definition, strategy, and long term vision of DoorDash robotics and autonomous delivery products
- Own cross-functional work streams spanning a broad group of stakeholders including software and hardware engineering, design, operations, legal, policy, communications, and business development.
- Define KPIs and communicate product strategy and results to key stakeholders including the leadership team
- Refine requirements based on the product strategy and business needs
- Work with a world-class team of engineers and business leaders
We're excited about you because…
- You have 5+ years of Product Management experience in robotics, autonomy, or AI projects. Preferably products involving both hardware and software
- You have experience in driving product strategy, vision, and roadmap alignment
- You want to own a product across the full lifecycle from product development, through launch, commercialization, and scaling
- You love digging into data: defining metrics and KPIs based on product goals, owning reporting via dashboard and data visualization, and are familiar with SQL.
- You’re a hands-on owner, willing to drive execution in addition to strategy
- You are a skilled communicator, and have experience crafting and presenting business reviews to senior executives
- You approach product management with empathy for users
Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington.
