The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets.

- Zone A: $131,500 - $181,000
- Zone B: $125,000 - $172,000
- Zone C: $118,00 - $163,000
- Canada (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)

Reporting to the Director, Marketing Technology & Automation
As a GTM Engineer, you’ll …
- Drive the strategic integration and automation of our GTM tech stack (Clay, 6sense, Outreach, SFDC, Marketo, etc.), including the incorporation of AI-powered solutions.
- Partner with key GTM stakeholders including marketing, sales, sales development, customer success, partnerships, business technology and data teams to understand business requirements.
- Spearhead the use of AI for our GTM operations to enable smarter automation, better data quality, deeper personalization and scalable engagement programs.
- Orchestrate multi-system enrichment workflows and develop documentation to support widespread GTM user adoption and expedited troubleshooting.
- Build thoughtful automations that provide insights and enable data-driven decision-making for our BDR, SDR, AE, Partner, Marketing and Success teams.

About you:
You’ll thrive as a GTM Engineer if you:
- Have extensive experience (4+ years) in GTM technology, particularly with systems like Clay, Salesforce, Outreach, Marketo, 6sense, and Clari.
- Are strategic and results-driven: You can translate business goals into actionable technical solutions, leading automation & integration use case development from ideation to implementation.
- Excel in cross-functional collaboration: You have experience working closely with Sales Leadership, Business Technology, and Operations teams to prioritize and drive impactful use cases that improve GTM performance.
- Have a proven track record in implementing scalable GTM systems: You’ve led projects that streamline operations, improve key funnel or lifecycle metrics, and enable smarter decision-making using AI.
- Are passionate about GTM innovation: You stay up-to-date with the latest in AI technology and are excited about leveraging it to optimize our GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Have excellent communication skills: You can effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving adoption of complex solutions and automation across the organization.
