We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within assigned regions. This role involves managing end-to-end sales activities, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the medical devices or specialty healthcare segment. The ideal candidate will take ownership of territory performance, execute effective sales strategies, and ensure consistent achievement of targets. This position requires a proactive professional who can work independently, make informed decisions, and contribute to both top-line growth and customer satisfaction through strong account management and market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets within assigned territories
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate product value to potential customers
- Manage relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term business growth
- Travel within assigned territories to manage sales activities and expand market reach
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues in coordination with internal teams
- Promote products through events, seminars, and training programs to enhance brand visibility
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer engagement initiatives and training activities
- Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge to effectively position offerings
- Develop customized pricing and sales strategies, including discounts and commercial plans
- Track and report sales activities, customer interactions, and order status to management
- Ensure accurate order processing, documentation, and timely payment collection
- Handle account reconciliation and resolve customer concerns proactively
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3–8 years of experience in field sales, preferably in medical devices or specialty pharma
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving territory growth
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments
- Strong understanding of market development and customer acquisition strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently with strong decision-making capabilities
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain consistent follow-ups
- Good knowledge of sales reporting, documentation, and account management
- High ownership mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Preference for candidates with experience in creating new markets and expanding business reach
