We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure and deployment ecosystems for a scalable, cloud-based platform. This role is central to ensuring high system reliability, security, and performance while enabling rapid and efficient product delivery. You will take ownership of Kubernetes operations, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation, working closely with engineering and product teams to build robust, production-grade systems. The position offers the opportunity to shape DevOps strategy, enhance observability, and drive continuous improvement in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure, with a focus on modern cloud platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end Kubernetes operations, including provisioning, scaling, upgrades, networking, storage, and troubleshooting.
  • Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless and reliable code deployment.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform to standardize and automate infrastructure provisioning.
  • Develop and manage deployment frameworks such as Helm charts and GitOps workflows for consistent and secure releases.
  • Establish and enhance observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health and performance.
  • Automate operational processes such as scaling, failover management, disaster recovery, and patching.
  • Enforce best practices in DevOps, including security policies, access controls, and resource optimization.
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews to improve system resilience.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to improve deployment velocity and system reliability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cloud security, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge sharing, and standard operating procedures for DevOps practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5–9 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes, including cluster management, scaling, and production troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and cloud-native architectures.
  • Proficiency in containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration tools like Helm.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or similar.
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) for automation and operational efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Knowledge of cloud security practices, identity management, and compliance standards.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.
