Supply Chain Operations Manager

Overview

Our client is hiring a Supply Chain Operations Manager to support growth in the fashion technology and e-commerce industry in the USA. This position will oversee fulfillment, inventory flow, vendor coordination, and logistics performance to ensure customers receive products efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate understands the speed, complexity, and customer expectations of modern online fashion retail.

**Key Responsibilities
**

• Manage end-to-end supply chain and fulfillment operations for e-commerce channels.

• Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain service levels.

• Monitor inventory health, order accuracy, shipping timelines, and returns processes.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

• Support demand planning and cross-functional inventory strategies.

• Ensure compliance with operational policies, service standards, and cost targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of supply chain or operations experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce.

• Strong understanding of fulfillment systems, inventory management, and logistics KPIs.

• Experience leading teams and managing third-party partners.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or OMS platforms is preferred.

• Salary range: $100,000 – $140,000 USD per year
