We are seeking a customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to drive premium retail sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a luxury jewelry store environment. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging customers through a consultative sales approach, understanding their preferences, and guiding them in selecting high-quality lab-grown diamond jewelry that suits their style and occasion. The position plays an important role in contributing to store growth by building long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat purchases, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience from consultation to after-sales support. You will also support daily store operations by maintaining product displays, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring that the store environment reflects premium retail standards. Working closely with store leadership, you will track sales performance, contribute to promotional activities, and participate in initiatives that enhance customer engagement and brand presence. Key Responsibilities
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective consultative selling techniques• Guide customers through product selections by understanding their preferences and recommending suitable jewelry pieces• Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through purchase and after-sales support• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to maintain engagement and loyalty• Support store operations including inventory management, product display, and visual merchandising standards• Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives to drive store traffic and sales• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using POS systems• Collaborate with store management to track performance metrics and improve sales outcomes• Ensure the store maintains high standards of presentation, service quality, and customer satisfaction
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury jewelry, fashion, or premium consumer goods• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships• Strong consultative selling abilities and confidence in presenting premium products• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable retail experiences• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing customer interactions• Familiarity with retail POS systems and store operations is an advantage• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with store leadership and colleagues• Enthusiasm for luxury retail and interest in building a long-term career in the industry
