We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant specializing in IT Recruitment to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in technical hiring who are passionate about identifying top technology talent and connecting them with exciting career opportunities. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates across a variety of technical roles, including software development, data engineering, cloud, DevOps, QA, and other IT domains. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive sourcing mindset, and a solid understanding of the technology hiring landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles, from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical hiring requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
  • Source potential candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and talent databases.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and technical pre-assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, submissions, and hiring progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal databases.
  • Stay updated with current technology trends, skill demand, and market salary benchmarks to provide effective recruitment support.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure long-term engagement and talent network growth.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to attract high-quality technical talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Technical Recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of common IT roles and technologies such as Software Development, Frontend/Backend technologies, Cloud platforms, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, and AI/ML.
  • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and professional networks.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical job requirements and evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and hiring pipelines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
