You will act as a "talent scout" for our team, tasked with identifying top-performing "players" (the term we use for our employees) who excel in their technical skills and also possess a contagious enthusiasm for sports. You will oversee the complete recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the complete hiring cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, negotiating offers, and onboarding for both technical positions (such as .NET, React Native, Python, DevOps, and Data Science) and non-technical positions (such as graphic designer, copywriter, content writer, and account manager).
Strategic Candidate Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and various job platforms to create a substantial pipeline of passive candidates.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with Engineering Managers, Content Heads, and Lead Developers to identify specific project requirements and determine necessary technical skills.
Interview Organization: Manage the multi-stage interview process, which encompasses technical assessments, L1/L2 interview rounds, and final HR interviews.
Data-Driven Recruitment: Analyze recruitment metrics (including time-to-hire and source effectiveness) to enhance the efficiency of the hiring process.
Technical Skills & Requirements
Essential Experience: Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within the IT sector.
Tools: Experience with ATS systems (such as Darwinbox) and expert in advanced Boolean search techniques.
