Education Required: Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in bioengineering, biotechnology, or sciences (e.g., chemistry, biology, biochemistry, microbiology)

Essential Functions of the job****_:_

• Support laboratory housekeeping activities, including cleaning and sanitizing work areas and Waste handling per biosafety procedures.
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and data integrity standards, including 21 CFR Part 11.
• Participate in training activities and demonstrate understanding of SOPs before performing tasks independently.
• Assist with Laboratory Inventory check.
• Prepare work instructions for operation & maintenance of laboratory equipment and other procedures, as needed.
• Laboratory Data Management:

File, scan, and archive laboratory records in accordance with document control procedures. Perform accurate data entry into electronic systems (e.g., LIMS, spreadsheets, or document repositories). Verify completeness and legibility of records prior to filing. Maintain organized electronic and hard copy filing systems to support audits and inspections. Ensure data integrity by following ALCOA+ principles (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate).

• Schedule calibration, qualification, and validation of laboratory equipment by qualified external service providers, as needed.
• Undertake any other duties as required.

Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
