We are looking for an HR Specialist to support recruitment, HR administration, and daily HR operations, ensuring accurate processes, reliable HR systems, and high‑quality support for employees and managers.
With us you will be responsible for:
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate selection, and coordination with hiring managers
Coordinate and deliver smooth onboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new employees from day one
Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, statements, and other HR‑related documentation in line with Latvian labor law
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee data in HR systems and ensure proper handling of HR documentation and records.
Provide daily HR support to employees and managers by handling requests via the ticketing system and advising on HR‑related matters
Support payroll, benefits, and bonus processes by preparing HR data, coordinating employment changes, and contributing to the improvement of HR processes
We expect you to have:
Preferably at least 2 years of experience in HR, HR administration, or a similar HR support role
Good knowledge of Latvian labor law and practical experience with employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation
Excellent Latvian and English language skills (working with foreign colleagues)
Strong computer skills and hands‑on experience working with HR systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills and willingness to support employees
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a structured way
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality when handling employee data and sensitive information
