We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive with practical experience in sourcing leads via LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The ideal candidate will possess 1–2 years of expertise in B2B lead generation, client outreach, and sales prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified B2B leads utilizing LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers such as CXOs, HR Heads, and IT Heads.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Send customized connection requests and follow-up communications.
- Arrange meetings and collaborate closely with the sales team.
- Keep lead information updated in CRM systems or Excel spreadsheets.
- Perform market research to discover potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Monitor daily and weekly outreach activities and report on performance.
- Coordinate with vendors to support marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Send connection requests to potential clients via professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation.
- Strong practical knowledge of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Skilled in crafting compelling outreach messages.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Target-oriented and self-driven.
