We are looking for a techno-commercial Sales & Marketing professional to drive business growth for an integrated CNC machining and iron casting setup. This role combines technical understanding with sales execution, focusing on acquiring new B2B clients, managing key accounts, and promoting end-to-end manufacturing capabilities—from casting to finished components. You will act as the link between customer requirements and internal production, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development by identifying and onboarding new clients across industries such as automotive, pumps, valves, mining, agriculture, and general engineering
- Own the complete sales cycle including lead generation, RFQ handling, technical discussions, negotiation, and deal closure
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals by analyzing engineering drawings, BOMs, material grades, and machining requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate closely with production, quality, and NPD teams to ensure alignment on specifications, timelines, and delivery
- Track order status, manage customer communication, and ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
- Develop marketing initiatives including technical presentations, brochures, and digital presence to enhance brand visibility
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to generate leads and expand market reach
- Maintain CRM data, monitor sales performance, and prepare MIS reports for business insights
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Background in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering with strong technical understanding
- Proven experience in B2B sales within foundry, casting, forging, or CNC machining environments
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, understand material specifications, and estimate costing
- Strong techno-commercial acumen with experience handling RFQs, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proactive and target-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools and MS Office for reporting and analysis
- Ability to bridge technical requirements with business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability
