As a Center Coordinator, you will be the face of the organization, responsible for delivering a seamless and welcoming front-office experience for all customers visiting the center. This role focuses on managing customer interactions from entry to service allocation, ensuring smooth coordination and a high standard of hospitality. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression, maintaining efficient customer flow, and supporting overall center operations through proactive communication and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk operations, including customer entry, reception, and initial engagement.
- Welcome and greet customers warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
- Handle walk-in and pre-visit queries, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Allocate customers to the appropriate advisors based on availability and requirements.
- Coordinate customer flow to minimize wait times and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor and manage waiting areas, ensuring customer comfort and a pleasant environment.
- Arrange refreshments and maintain overall hospitality standards at the center.
- Support day-to-day front-office operations and assist in maintaining an organized workspace.
- Act as a communication bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure efficient service handling.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1–5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
- Good coordination and organizational skills to handle customer flow efficiently.
- Proficiency in English and the local language for effective communication.
