Handle inquiries generated via the Digital Marketing platform by understanding and addressing clients' needs and concerns to meet buyers' expectations.
Establish and maintain relationships with leading developers, investors, and end customers.
Engage in negotiation processes and advise clients regarding market conditions and pricing.
Provide expert consultation to customers for purchasing property, ensuring they receive the best deals under favorable terms.
Comprehend clients' requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Arrange engagement meetings with pre-qualified leads. Conduct property showings, consultations, and sales while delivering exceptional personalized service to High Net Worth Individuals (HNI).
Convert potential clients into buyers by presenting suitable primary residential properties that align with their investment objectives.
Conduct comparative market analyses to accurately estimate property values.
Collaborate closely with the internal CRM team to facilitate seamless after-sales support.
Build trust, respect others, communicate effectively, execute plans efficiently, encourage innovation, prioritize customer satisfaction, collaborate with colleagues, solve problems creatively, and uphold the highest levels of integrity.
