More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss.

Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at ⅓ of retail value. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join the Sales team at Too Good To Go in Prague

The Role:

As a Sales Specialist for our Czechia launch, you'll play a pivotal role in introducing Too Good To Go to local businesses and forging partnerships that support our mission. You'll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, engaging with restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and bakeries to showcase the benefits of joining our platform. Through proactive outreach via cold calling, email communication, and face-to-face meetings, you'll ignite enthusiasm for Too Good To Go within the Czechia market and pave the way for impactful partnerships.

We are looking for:

• Engaging Communicators: Confident individuals with exceptional communication skills and a knack for building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Tenacious Prospectors: Ambitious individuals who thrive in high-volume cold calling environments, with a background in business development or sales prospecting preferred.
• Team Players: Collaborative individuals who align with Too Good To Go's mission and enjoy sharing insights and best practices within a supportive sales environment.
• Results-Oriented Performers: Consistent achievers who excel at meeting both individual and team targets, driven by a desire for impact and continuous improvement.
• Growth Mindset: Individuals who are adaptable, eager to learn, and committed to embodying our values as we navigate the Czech Republic market.

• Language Skills: Fluency in Czech and English

We recognize that every individual has a unique background that brings value, so we don’t require the following specific experience, but it would be nice if you have:

• Experience in a sales role, specifically outbound sales where you have pitched and closed opportunities over the phone and in person
• Experience cold-calling, demonstrating the resilience and motivation to achieve high call volumes
• Experience managing your own sales pipeline and prioritizing data based on insights
