We are seeking a Principal Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping end-to-end architecture, driving innovation, and enabling scalable, production-grade AI platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering leaders to translate complex requirements into robust, secure, and high-performing solutions. The role demands a deep understanding of modern AI ecosystems along with strong architectural and strategic thinking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for AI-driven products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Design and implement advanced Generative AI solutions using LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model orchestration.
Architect and deploy RAG-based systems integrating vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval pipelines.
Lead the evaluation and selection of AI frameworks, tools, and platforms aligned with business and technical goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications and workflows.
Establish best practices for AI architecture, including security, governance, and responsible AI usage.
Guide engineering teams in building scalable APIs, microservices, and backend systems to support AI workloads.
Optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency in production environments.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to development teams.
Engage with stakeholders to present architectural decisions, solution roadmaps, and business value.

What Makes You a Great Fit

10+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or related roles, with strong exposure to AI/ML systems.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and model deployment.
Strong expertise in building and scaling RAG architectures using vector databases and retrieval pipelines.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying distributed, scalable systems.
Solid understanding of data architecture, APIs, microservices, and system integration patterns.
Strong knowledge of performance optimization, security, and governance in AI systems.
Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and influence cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
