Vice President of Revenue - Healthcare AI
A Colorado-based medical AI company has achieved FDA clearance for its flagship AI product in obstetrics and maternal health. With clinical validation complete, international markets open, and a Series A in progress, the company is now focused on commercial execution.
The VP of Revenue will be the primary commercial leader, working directly with the Founder and C-Suite to launch and scale the business across the U.S. and abroad. This is a hands-on builder role with a defined path to Chief Revenue Officer within 12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Develop go-to-market pricing models for diverse customer segments across the U.S. and international markets in collaboration with the C-Suite
- Build a strategic sales plan targeting rapid customer acquisition through 2026 and beyond, across domestic and international markets
- Execute the approved plan by owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close, across physicians, health systems, corporations, and government entities
- Manage and grow the revenue pipeline with accountability to quarterly KPIs: leads in pipeline, leads closed, and revenue targets
- Partner with the C-Suite as a trusted commercial operator, contributing to strategy, investor conversations, and team building as the company scales post-Series A
Essential
- 5+ years in revenue or sales leadership at a growth-stage or startup company
- Proven track record scaling revenue from early-stage to significant growth
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong strategic planning and independent execution skills
- Self-starting, high-ownership mindset; comfortable in a fast-paced, lean environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, healthcare administration, or related field
- Based in or willing to self-relocate to Greenwood Village / Denver, CO (onsite)
Preferred
Background in healthcare, medical device, health tech, or SaaS
Experience through Series A or later funding rounds
International commercial experience
MBA or advanced degree
Base Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 (depending on experience)
Annual discretionary bonus up to 20% of base
