Head of Operations & Revenue Growth - Healthcare
A growing healthcare clinic in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area is seeking a Head of Operations to lead day-to-day clinic performance and scale operations in support of continued growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, patient-focused environment and is motivated to build efficient systems, develop high-performing teams, and deliver measurable outcomes.
You will oversee clinic operations, champion patient experience initiatives, and partner closely with leadership to strengthen performance across key business areas.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure consistently high standards of patient experience and service delivery
Lead, coach, and develop clinic staff, establishing clear expectations and a culture of accountability
Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including patient flow, retention, and overall clinic performance
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement systems and processes to improve consistency and scalability
Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Partner with leadership on budgeting, financial performance, and growth initiatives
Collaborate with marketing and referral partners to support patient acquisition and strengthen clinic visibility in the community
Ensure effective use of systems and tools to streamline workflows and uphold a high standard of patient care at every touchpoint
Maintain consistent on-site presence to support staff, uphold service standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience managing operations in a healthcare, wellness, or service-based environment
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance in a fast-paced setting
Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and interpreting key performance metrics
Experience developing and implementing operational processes and SOPs
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and technologies
Strong communication skills with the ability to align clinical staff and leadership around shared goals
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a growing or entrepreneurial business environment
Specialty experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, or a related patient-facing clinical setting
Experience with staffing, onboarding, and performance management
Familiarity with digital tools or platforms that support operational efficiency and patient engagement
Base Salary: $80,000 – $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience
Bonus: Performance-based incentive aligned with clinic goals
