About the Role
Klaviyo is seeking a Manager, Global Office Operations & Facilities to join the GREO team.
Reporting to the Director, Global Real Estate Operations, you and your team will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operations of our office portfolio.
You will act as the primary liaison with property managers, landlords, and service vendors while thoughtfully leading strategic operational projects and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will excel in operational and project management, be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and collaborate seamlessly with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
This position is based in our Boston, MA headquarters and may require domestic or international travel up to 25% of the time.
How You'll Make a Difference
- Portfolio Optimization: Support Klaviyo’s real estate strategy by identifying opportunities for portfolio optimization and alignment with organizational objectives, driving both efficiency and scalability
- Property & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and third-party service providers, ensuring seamless operations and rapid response to issues
- Financial Oversight & Audits: Oversee budgets for office operations, conduct audits, verify expense accuracy, and proactively identify cost-saving opportunities
- Operational Efficiency: Leverage technology and data to improve facility and office management, space utilization, and operational processes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Security, and other internal partners to contribute to achieve enterprise-wide goals
- Reporting & Analytics: Analyze occupancy, spend, and employee satisfaction data; report insights to leadership and leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all properties operate safely and comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations. Proactively manage risk and address issues as they arise
- Special Projects: Contribute to various special projects, as-needed
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in office / facilities operations, corporate real estate, property management, or a related field
- Able to thrive in a lightning fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment
- Strategic thinker with outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong background in lease administration, landlord relations, and external service provider management
- Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies
- Experience with business continuity, crisis management, and aligning operational solutions to organizational needs
- Highly organized, skilled at managing multiple projects and (at times, conflicting) priorities simultaneously
- Tech-savvy, data-driven, and proficient using real estate/workplace management tools and platforms
- Adept at interpreting complex lease agreements and real estate contracts
- Available to work from the Boston, MA office and travel up to 25% of the time, domestically or internationally

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$96,800—$145,200 USD
