We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Representative (Student Advisor) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in guiding students and parents toward making informed decisions about academic programs, specifically for IIT JEE, NEET, and Foundation courses. Key Responsibilities:
As a Student Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their parents through calls, chats, and virtual consultations. Your primary goal will be to understand their academic needs, aspirations, and concerns, and recommend the most suitable courses and learning pathways.
You will explain course features, benefits, and outcomes in a clear and compelling manner, ensuring a high conversion rate from inquiries to enrollments. Managing the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation and follow-ups to closure—will be a core part of your role.
Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of interactions, track leads through CRM systems, and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Building trust and long-term relationships with students and parents will be key to your success in this role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or academic counseling, preferably in IIT JEE or NEET coaching programs
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
- Fluency in at least one regional language: Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam (mandatory)
- Good understanding of the competitive exam landscape and student needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong listening skills and a consultative sales approach
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Experience:
- Minimum: 2 years
- Maximum: 12 years
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in selling IIT JEE or NEET courses is required

Compensation Note:
Please note that there is a salary hike cap of 10–15% on the candidate’s current CTC for this role. Candidates should be comfortable with this structure before applying.
