Work on-site in Lisbon providing high-level technical support and collaborate with international teams to ensure the best customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients promptly.
- Manage requests, bugs, and troubleshooting cases via phone and email.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams for reports and product improvements.
Train clients on product functionalities and technical tools.
Native Dutch and fluent English (B2)
Previous experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
