- Serve as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring all products meet defined standards before release
- Complete sample enablement tasks such as SKU creation & flight tests
Escalate & Communicate Variances
- Own escalation of quality variances through established protocols
- Assess severity and potential impact of deviations and determine appropriate next steps
- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable updates for cross-functional stakeholders
- Document results and share insights via Slack, email summaries, and slide presentations
- Maintain organized records of approvals, rejections, and corrective actions
Drive Quality Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with Operations and manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues
- Track recurring variances and identify patterns across launches
- Contribute to corrective action plans that improve future production outcomes
- Support refinement of quality standards and validation processes over time
What You’ll Need to Have:
Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or operations
- Experience working directly with production teams or physical product samples preferred
- Strong visual and quality discernment skills, particularly in identifying subtle variances
- Ability to consistently apply defined standards in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent launches and shifting production timelines
- Highly organized with strong documentation habits
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) for tracking and reporting
- Ability to assess quality deviations, determine root cause, and evaluate impact
- Comfortable making judgment calls within defined guardrails
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with plant teams and cross-functional partners
- Comfortable escalating issues directly and constructively when needed
Compensation:
- $70,000 - $73,000 per year base salary
- An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
- Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
