We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive who thrives on building relationships, generating opportunities, and driving business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high-activity outreach and engaging with diverse stakeholders across the startup and commercial real estate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation through outbound channels such as LinkedIn, cold calling, and partner networks
- Build and manage a strong broker and partner ecosystem across the Delhi-NCR region
- Engage with startups, SMEs, founders, and HR leaders seeking office space solutions
- Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM)
- Track market trends, pricing insights, and demand patterns within the coworking and commercial real estate space
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and client experience

- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
