This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high-activity outreach and engaging with diverse stakeholders across the startup and commercial real estate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation through outbound channels such as LinkedIn, cold calling, and partner networks
  • Build and manage a strong broker and partner ecosystem across the Delhi-NCR region
  • Engage with startups, SMEs, founders, and HR leaders seeking office space solutions
  • Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM)
  • Track market trends, pricing insights, and demand patterns within the coworking and commercial real estate space
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and client experience
