Job Overview
We are looking for Business Development Managers with experience in the forex or crypto industry to drive new partnerships and grow our network.
Responsibilities
Acquiring new Introducing Broker (IB) partners
On-boarding new IB partners
Relationship management with new and existing partners to build loyalty
Continuous due diligence
Introducing Libertex products, services and cooperation terms to partners
Consulting partners' staff on sales, monitoring partners' sales
Working with the team to ensure KPIs are met
Preparing monthly reports on partners' performance
Problem-solving with a positive, can-do approach
At least 1 year of experience in the finance industry in a Business Developer role
Business-level fluency in spoken and written English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage
Excellent communication and writing skills as well as attention to detail
Confident telephone conversation skills
Solid knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
A good understanding of financial markets and preferably foreign exchange markets
Strong negotiation and pitching skills
Great listening skills
Ability to work on deadline
Excellent customer service skills
Must be able to maintain a positive atmosphere among partners, making their voices heard and providing them with timely feedback and solutions on all issues that may arise
Must demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills and balance between the interests of the company and the partner
