We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about people, hiring strategies, and building strong talent pipelines. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent while contributing to broader talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end talent acquisition processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple roles and functions.
  • Develop innovative strategies for niche talent acquisition, focusing on hard-to-fill and specialized roles by leveraging diverse sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Actively engage in talent mining by identifying and reaching out to passive candidates, building relationships, and maintaining consistent communication for future opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool of qualified candidates to ensure quick turnaround times for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Assist in talent management initiatives by contributing to employer branding, candidate experience, and onboarding processes.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, hiring best practices, and competitor strategies to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (internships included).
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition fundamentals and sourcing techniques.
  • Exposure to niche talent acquisition or hiring for specialized roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with talent mining tools such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Ability to build and manage a high-quality talent pool.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
