Workplace Experience Manager
Overseeing office operations, managing contractors, and driving employee experience in the New York City HQ.

The Role:
As the Workplace Manager for our New York City HQ, you’ll be overseeing one of our most important and most dynamic offices in the portfolio.
The work you’ll do:
- Draft, articulate and execute workplace strategy in New York City office based with focus on hospitality and experience as well as effective functioning of the space
- Effectively manage a team of external contractors, service providers and suppliers who are impacting the site operations (receptionists, day porters, cleaning staff, property management, etc.)
- Develop and drive adequate stakeholder communication strategy for the site relevant, workplace topics
- Support the works of the site management committee and proactively work on driving the engagement of the office by taking part in, or, leading local initiatives
- You will have full responsibility for the development of the necessary workplace budget for NYC office as well as to be accountable for its appropriate execution
- Balancing a wide range of long-term projects to improve the day-to-day operations of your local office.
- Partnering with other functions in the organization like IT, People team, BRGs, Leadership representatives in order to deliver a world-class employee experience.
- Show continuous presence and ownership for all people & customer facing areas and event spaces.
- Local vendor Management including contract and relationship management.
- The monitoring of optimal office space planning and provisioning of utilization - recommendations including end-to-end project management of office relocations, move logistics, expansions or densifications
The qualifications you need:
- 5+ years of office management experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment, hotel, or professional services environment where hospitality and experience is an imperative.
- A high level of service orientation, as well as strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and administrative skills, computer knowledge and a basic financial understanding.
- Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, committed and determined.
- Reliable, accurate and detail-oriented with a proactive and professional
- Can-Do attitude that can still have fun and see the humor in things.
- Excellent IT troubleshooting skills.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion whenever necessary.
Location: This position is based on-site in the New York office.

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified {#location}, based on a Full Time Schedule.
Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off).
