About the team
Anduril's Workplace team is seeking a Workplace Manager to join us. The Workplace Operations team is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the operational aspects of a work environment to ensure efficiency, productivity, and a positive work experience and reports through the Head of Facilities.
As a Workplace Manager, you will assist in developing and managing the operations of a world-class facilities programme. The right candidate will have strong analytical ability, exceptional communication skills, ability to build business partnerships with third-party providers and ability to resolve challenging problems with minimal guidance.
Here's what you'll do
- Lead the UK employee onboarding process, including building access, office tours, and orientation presentations.
- Manage logistical aspects of monthly staff meetings, after-hours activities, and quarterly social events, encompassing venue booking, catering, and coordination.
- Coordinate with the customer experience team for guest visits and internal employee arrangements.
- Support office F&B programme and manage general office supplies, ensuring all needs are met efficiently.
- Implement workplace efficiency measures, track space utilisation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments of employee equipment and hardware.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address office concerns and foster a positive and productive environment.
- Oversee contracts and liaise with service providers, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Handle seating arrangements and onboarding logistics in line with current and future staffing requirements.
- Execute workplace-related projects, ensuring they align with scope, budget, and timelines.
- Communicate updates and improvements to the workplace environment to all staff members clearly.
Required Qualifications
- You have strong organisational and time management skills.
- A blend of operational expertise and strategic thinking with a proven ability to solve complex workplace challenges.
- Experience using data and analytics to inform decisions and implement measurable improvements.
- Your communication skills are strong both verbally and in writing.
- You're both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility.
- You're an independent worker who can work with ambiguity and drive to outcomes with minimal oversight.
- You have a strong attention to detail and an attitude of 100% compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
- You have experience in multi-site management.
- You love solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within the EMEA region.

UK Salary Range
£50,609—£75,914 GBP
