Executive Assistant (Healthcare AI)
We’re looking for a high-trust, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder of a fast-moving technology company. This role is centered on executive support at a high level. You will manage priorities, protect the founder’s time, and ensure that important initiatives move forward without constant oversight.
This is not a task-only admin role. We’re looking for someone who can operate with discretion, judgment, and reliability. You will handle higher-level responsibilities and must be someone the founder can trust with sensitive information and meaningful ownership.

What You’ll Work On
Executive-Level Support
- Manage a complex calendar, scheduling across time zones and shifting priorities
- Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-up summaries
- Track key action items and ensure commitments are completed
- Filter and prioritize communication to protect the founder’s focus
High-Trust Task Ownership
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Support investor, partner, or senior stakeholder communication as needed
- Draft high-quality emails and documents on behalf of the founder
- Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders confidently
Operations and Coordination
- Keep systems organized across documents, task managers, and internal tools
- Create structure around recurring processes and executive workflows
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks across multiple parallel workstreams
- Proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, or missed follow-ups
Strategic Follow-Through
- Turn high-level direction into clear next steps
- Drive small to mid-sized initiatives forward without constant check-ins
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they escalate
- Maintain strong visibility into priorities and shifting focus areas
What You Bring
- 3 to 6+ years of experience supporting founders, executives, or senior leadership
- Experience in tech, AI, or healthcare startups
- Proven experience operating in startup or high-growth environments
- Strong written and spoken English with executive-level communication polish
- High discretion and comfort handling confidential information
- Ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities
- Calm, confident presence under pressure
- Strong systems thinking and organization across digital tools
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a Chief of Staff-adjacent or senior EA role
- Exposure to investor communications or board-level coordination
- Experience building lightweight processes from scratch
