Talent Partner
About Rockstar
Rockstar is rebuilding the infrastructure for employability by collapsing the cost of hiring. For decades, the high cost of recruiting meant that only companies with big brands or deep pockets could reliably find the talent needed to build winning teams.
By blending GenAI with human judgment, Rockstar cuts the cost of recruiting by over 90%, suddenly making it easy for every employer to get in the game. When every company can compete, the market changes. Candidates have more options and employers can compete – and win – on what actually matters.
At Rockstar, we’re laying the foundation for an employment system that works—one where it’s easy for wonderful companies to build winning teams, and where every single person has the opportunity to build an extraordinary career.
About the Role
Rockstar is hiring a Talent Partner to own hiring outcomes for our U.S.-based clients. This is a client-facing, hands-on role designed for determined operators eager to grow and deliver as strategic partners—not transactional recruiters.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with founders and company leaders to help shape and define hiring strategies
- Pressure-test assumptions, provide thoughtful recommendations, and guide decision-making throughout the hiring process
- Focus on talent acquisition strategy and execution quality, supported by a dedicated Sourcer, a Talent Operations team, and Rockstar's AI-powered recruiting platform.
- You will not be sourcing candidates or manually reviewing LinkedIn profiles, but instead will ensure that hiring outcomes and client experiences are satisfactory and above.
This is a delivery-first role. There is no business development, no sales quota, and no placement chasing. Your responsibility is to ensure clients hire the right people efficiently and with confidence.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of operations, talent strategy, or client-facing experiences. Prior experience in recruitment or talent operations is a plus, but not required as we value strong operators from other backgrounds as well.
- A demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability: you take initiative, own outcomes, and follow through until the impact is visible.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage clearly with U.S.-based leaders and clients.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions, providing guidance, and influencing decisions with senior leaders
- Highly organized, thoughtful, and is outcome-driven; able to manage multiple priorities with efficiency.
- Hungry to learn, motivated to grow, and excited by opportunities to drive impact and grow - this role can be a stepping stone to broader leadership positions within Rockstar
- Comfortable working with U.S.-based companies and is willing and able to work U.S. business hours
At Rockstar, you’ll have the chance to shape the future of hiring for innovative companies, work closely with leaders, and grow your career along the way. If you’re an operator who takes ownership and thrives on impact, and is excited to grow into a strategic talent partner, we’d love to hear from you!
