We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across both technical and non-technical roles. This role goes beyond traditional recruitment, requiring a deep understanding of business needs, team dynamics, and evolving hiring priorities. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to identify the right talent, build strong pipelines, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. In addition to core hiring responsibilities, this role also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives and leveraging modern tools, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance recruitment efficiency. This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of outcomes, and is passionate about building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team context, and success criteria
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer closure
- Conduct structured candidate screenings to assess skills, problem-solving ability, and cultural alignment
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates
- Maintain accurate hiring data, trackers, and documentation with strong attention to detail
- Manage relationships with external staffing and augmentation partners
- Coordinate onboarding processes and monitor partner performance against quality standards
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Utilize AI-enabled recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business goals
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and implement best practices
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3–7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment operations
- Experience hiring for technical, product, design, or specialized roles
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring dynamics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Experience in employer branding, campus hiring, or HR partnership is a plus
- Familiarity with market mapping, executive search, and volume hiring
- Comfort with using modern recruitment tools and AI-driven platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with a candidate-first approach
