We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and energetic candidate to strengthen our Export Division. The ideal candidate should be proactive, passionate about sales, and capable of driving strong growth. This role requires high ownership, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to convert opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
• Identify, contact, and secure new international distributors and customers.
• Expand geographical reach by entering additional active countries and markets.
• Enhance order frequency and increase product penetration within existing markets.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline through proactive follow-ups, handling inquiries, participating in exhibitions and buyer-seller meetings, and leveraging market leads.
International Market Research
• Monitor global market trends, pricing structures, competitive landscape, and identify product gaps.
• Assess potential markets and propose targeted action plans.
• Prepare region-specific business analyses and strategies for growth.
Client Relationship Management
• Oversee end-to-end communication with international buyers.
• Foster long-term client relationships through regular engagement and service excellence.
• Address customer needs promptly and ensure timely resolution of their queries.
Exhibitions & Export Marketing
• Participate in global exhibitions and buyer-seller meetings to generate high-quality leads.
• Promptly follow up on leads generated from events to convert opportunities into business.
• Assist in planning export marketing campaigns, launching new products, and promotional activities.
Order Processing & Coordination
• Collaborate with production, logistics, quality assurance, and documentation teams to facilitate smooth shipments.
• Ensure compliance of all export documentation with the regulations of the respective countries.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs house agents for timely container scheduling.

Qualification & Experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Export Sales or International Business, preferably within FMCG.
• Total of 8 to 10 years of experience in FMCG sales.
• MBA or BBA in International Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and basic export documentation.
• Skilled in presentation and report preparation.
• Experience handling Dollar-based business is preferred.
