Our client is a premium goods manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality, consistency, and operational discipline. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operational performance across production, supply flow, and day-to-day execution. This role is central to ensuring that the business delivers high standards efficiently, safely, and profitably.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across manufacturing, warehousing, and related support functions.
Drive productivity, efficiency, and output performance in line with business targets.
Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to reduce waste and improve service levels.
Support capacity planning, scheduling, and operational resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operating standards.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes.
Prepare operational reports for senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in operations leadership within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong understanding of process optimization, planning, and performance management.
Experience working cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Fluency in Spanish; English is an advantage.
