Growth Lead- Performance Marketer

We're seeking an individual who is passionate about paid media—Meta, Google, and everything in between. You will take charge of the ad content strategy, collaborating closely with our creative team to rapidly produce advertisements while paying careful attention to what strategies are effective and which ones are not. Your Responsibilities
Oversee content strategy for paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google
Collaborate with the creative team to brief, refine, and rapidly deploy ad creatives
Design and execute structured experiments—testing hooks, formats, copy, and audiences—and understand when to discontinue or scale efforts
Analyze performance data daily; identify trends, flag concerns, and amplify successful strategies
Develop a testing roadmap and document insights to avoid reinventing the wheel
Stay informed about platform updates, new ad formats, and competitor activities
Cooperate across teams—including growth, brand, and product—to ensure messaging alignment
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate
2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a high-volume paid media setting
Hands-on experience launching and optimizing campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Solid understanding of creative testing methodologies (static, video, UGC, etc.)
Comfortable with data—you can generate reports, interpret dashboards, and make data-driven decisions
A keen attention to detail: you notice typos, incorrect CTAs, and inconsistencies with brand guidelines
Effective communicator who can convey briefs to creatives without relying on extensive presentations
Bonus: experience in direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, or app-focused businesses
