We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Lead to spearhead our influencer marketing initiatives and drive brand growth through strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking and has a deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. As the Influencer Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing influencer campaigns that align with brand objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across categories, ensuring strong alignment with brand values and target audience.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
- Plan and manage influencer campaigns including ideation, briefing, content approvals, execution, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, content, product, and design to ensure cohesive campaign messaging.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and compensation with influencers while ensuring ROI efficiency.
- Track campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI; provide actionable insights and reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging influencer marketing tools and technologies.
- Manage budgets effectively and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and platform policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–10 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies, platforms, and best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media metrics.
- Creative thinking with the ability to conceptualize engaging campaign ideas.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with D2C brands, startups, or digital-first companies.
- Existing network of influencers and agencies across key categories.
- Knowledge of regional influencer ecosystems and multilingual campaigns is a plus.
