Head of Growth
Lead and optimize top-of-funnel strategy, drive user acquisition, and collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams.
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial, data-driven Head of Growth to lead and optimize our top-of-funnel strategy. In this role, you’ll combine performance marketing tactics with creative experimentation to drive user acquisition and engagement. As our primary growth driver, you will own critical metrics, spearhead innovative campaigns, and collaborate closely with product, marketing, and data teams to accelerate our product-led growth (PLG).
Key Responsibilities
Own Top-of-Funnel Metrics:
Drive awareness, lead generation, and new user sign-ups through targeted campaigns and growth initiatives.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize acquisition channels to ensure performance marketing ROI.
Data & Analytics Leadership:
Leverage analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to track user behavior, measure conversion funnels, and identify growth opportunities.
Translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
Creative & Experimental Campaigns:
Develop and execute bold, innovative strategies to test new channels, messaging, and user experiences.
Foster a culture of experimentation by designing and running A/B tests, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative feedback to drive constant improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work in tandem with product, marketing, and sales teams to align on growth goals and integrate campaigns into the user journey.
Partner with engineering to ensure smooth implementation of growth experiments and tracking tools.
PLG Expertise:
Drive product-led initiatives that enhance the user onboarding experience, feature adoption, and retention.
Align growth strategies with product roadmap to maximize user engagement and expansion.
Leadership & Team Development:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth team.
Champion best practices in performance marketing, analytics, and experimentation across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience
Performance Marketing & Growth Background:
Proven track record in performance marketing, growth marketing, or similar roles with ownership of acquisition metrics.
Analytics Proficiency:
Hands-on experience using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to drive insights and decisions.
Creativity & Curiosity:
Demonstrated ability to develop unconventional strategies and run experimental campaigns with a test-and-learn mindset.
Collaborative Mindset:
Able to work effectively across teams (product, engineering, design, marketing) to drive shared goals.
PLG Experience:
Familiarity with product-led growth strategies and experience driving growth within PLG-focused organizations.
Experimental & Results-Driven:
Comfortable iterating quickly on new ideas and measuring their impact rigorously.

Past experience working at or marketing a developer-focused product or platform.
Technical Aptitude:
