We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Growth Marketing Lead to drive scalable user acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys experimenting with performance campaigns, and has a strong grasp of paid marketing ecosystems.
As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will own end-to-end performance marketing initiatives with a strong focus on inorganic growth strategies. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), ensuring maximum ROI and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop and implement inorganic marketing strategies to scale growth through paid channels.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budgets efficiently and allocate spend across channels based on performance insights.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in performance marketing ecosystems.
- Generate actionable insights through data analysis and present performance reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and experiment with new paid acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles.
- Strong expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Proven track record of executing successful inorganic marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and funnel optimization.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in startups or high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and attribution platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies (a plus but not mandatory).
